Natural Field Enterprises Ltd (our import & distribution division) has been established in Auckland since 1987 and is the proud sponsor and main supplier of our sister company E-Pacs and it's products.

Natural Field (or NFEL) is one of New Zealand's most successful parallel importers of home and global brands, focusing on the parallel importation, wholesale and distribution of everyday products to markets nationwide and to neighbouring countries.

Natural Field sensed the growing demands of alternative foods, including vegetarian food and Asian snacks and drinks.

The decision was to create a retail solution that promised a range of vegetarian foods, plus snacks & confectionary, drinks, food ingredients, toiletries and babycare, household & kitchenware, and more.

E-Pacs has been established in East Tamaki since 2001. It is the gateway to interact with our immediate shoppers and end users.

So what does "E-Pacs" mean?

The "E" is associated with words such as Excellence, Entreprenueral, Extra, Enterprising, Expert, Europe (importations from), Entertainment (we host food fairs!), and so forth. "PACS" are the initials of the family who founded E-PACS and Natural Field.

E-Pacs is also the proud sponsor of the E-Pacs Lion Dance. The team continues to travel in and out of Auckland with positive commentaries from their performances.

Now E-Pacs is home to many settlers from Malaysia, Singapore and a growing number of visitors from all ethnic origins from around the globe. That's because we like to bring some of Asia's tastiest food and a wide range of ingredients that brings that distance from home a little more closer to heart.

Plus we host parties such as Pasar Malam (night market) or Pasar Minggu (day market). That means food stalls, karaoke, lucky draws, live performances, and a grand gathering with familiar friends and families.

We also like to maintain a clean, spacious and friendly environment for all our visitors.

If you like playing mahjong or carrom (finger pool board), if you like to just hang out at a cafe with an instant teh-tarik, or a fresh steamed bun with otak otak or just reading a paper... Keep a lookout in the corner of our E-Pacs Cafe.
